Front Row Luxury Launches Portland England

Front Row Hospitality

Front Row Luxury’s first men’s grooming range is now available online, at Fenwick of Bond Street and at New York Times favourite barbershop Ruffians in Covent Garden.

Shaving should be a ritual. A quiet moment to contemplate and consider your day ahead, like waxing your surfboard or waiting for the perfect wave.

The team behind Portland England sail, surf and swim, and know first-hand the damaging effect the sea and weather can have on your skin. Using the most hostile environment as their testing ground, they have created a range with hydration at its core, resulting in an exceptional skincare range that best prepares men for the day head, battling force 8 gales or boardroom storms.

With a desire to push the boundaries of men’s skincare, friends and co-founders Misa Zahar and Bella Middleton introduced the science found in women's products to men's skincare, creating innovative products which feed and help to hydrate the skin whilst cleansing, moisturising and protecting it before, during and after shaving. Combining their joint experience of men's grooming and menswear to Portland England, they have ensured that each bespoke formulation is a sensitive marriage of advanced science and natural ingredients; safe, effective and proven to work.

Front Row Hospitality

Front Row Hospitality

Effective Leadership is one of the most influential elements of governments, organisations and businesses (and sports teams!). Front Row Leadership sessions provide leaders with the tools, knowledge and ability to impact and inspire their teams. They provide the opportunity for you to sharpen your skills and share your experiences with other leaders to mature in your effectiveness, enabling you to lead with confidence and ease.

Front Row Leadership sessions benefit the rest of the team as much as you their leader. Leading with greater clarity, direction and effectiveness enables those traits to trickle down to those you are leading, developing your vision of a high performance team. The team will have a great sense of direction and purpose, which leads to greater motivation to accomplish their tasks and produces greater organisational effectiveness. Front Row Leadership focuses on helping you create your strategy to achieve your vision, and provides the tools to enable the team to implement the strategy.

Front Row Leadership has developed a language and system for growing businesses and building internal capability, both commercially and culturally. Front Row Leadership will help you recognise your strong skills and areas of weakness as a Leader, and show you how to capitalise on strengths and how to improve areas of weakness. Front Row Leadership will provide an action plan that outlines a step-by-step process that you can follow.

Front Row Leadership will provide you with tools to help enhance and continually develop your leadership skills. These tools include books, step-by-step processes and future conferences. Leadership development is a continual process, which never ends.
